Dance Technique & Muscular Control (Morning)
Come develop and refine your belly dance technique! This two hour clinic will lead you through a series of exercises and drills that will help you achieve a heightened sense of bodily awareness, muscular control, and creative dance options! We will cover a variety of belly dance elements including the crisp and sharp aspects of hard muscular contractions, as well as the fluid appeal of lusciously soft contractions. Lastly, we will explore the dynamic nature of layering so that your dance practice continues to evolve and advance. Bellydance Bootcamp will help you work hard so your dance movement can look effortless!

1pm-3pm Bellydance Bootcamp:
Choreography Clinic (Afternoon)
The afternoon clinic will strategically build off of the drills and exercises presented in the morning workshop. Now that your muscle memory has been introduced to a variety of drills, exercises, and combinations it is time to take it to the next level! By the end of this choreography clinic you will not only have a new piece to add to your belly dance arsenal but, more importantly, a learning tool that will allow you to artistically employ your new dance technique and control. Come slither, pop, lock, and vibrate your afternoon away with us!
Sunday Workshop
10:00-12:00 Introduction to Bellydance: Come start your day with Bellydance! We will start off with stretching and a warm-up of slow and sensual moves. You will learn the foundations of Bellydance with basic posture and stance. Then off to fast paced and sultry to gear you up for combos in the last set. This class is for all ages and you will have fun.
